Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or through the portal.

Package the Items

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or store credit is processed.
